Broken bag and damp

I have only only opened this today. The bag of sand was inside a white hessian sack which when opened the bag of sand was ripped open and clearly was not a new bag. The hessian sack was left on my doorstep in the rain even though I requested this to be delivered to my log store so some of the sand had set into pebble size pieces. Not a great product delivery and quality of service I was expecting
