Produt with good quality and good communication.
I had a good service and recommend.
First time I’ve used Ashbrook and it won’t be the last ! Great service, prompt delivery and a sensible price. I would definitely recommend Ashbrook
Superflex Premier Heavy duty shed felt - excellent quality and easy to fit.
I would have given 5 stars but I paid for express delivery which took 3 days to arrive!
Other than that the service was good.
Bought lead, it came straight from the manufacturer and arrived promptly. Good price.
I was expecting hit and miss with the finish of the Bobbins having read previous review. I have to say every one of them were as in the picture… Round and finished well. Delivery was slightly longer than expected but I was informed at every stage .. and refunded the difference of the postage. Thanks team
Really good service and great product
After trying numerous products which did not work, Resiblock worked after two applications. The diesel engine oil had seeped into the block paving and I wasn't looking forward to reversing the oil stained blocks, thanks to Resiblock I won't have to,well worth the money IT DOES WORK!!!! Five Stars.
How many times do I have to to apply this.I’ve used it 3 times and it hasn’t worked
Quick delivery, very competitive price. Product arrived as described, really easy to fit - well designed.
The pebbles are of excellent quality at a competitive price.
The company were a pleasure to deal with and made sure that the delivery was as agreed and on time.
It does what it says on the tin! Efficiently cleaned a small lead roof which now looks a whole lot better.
Happy with the product, and seems to be keeping the water out - we have had some proper rain.
Unfortunately felt is damaged on both ends due to there being no packaging or protection on the ends of the roll. Hopefully I will have enough undamaged felt to cover my shed roof.
i ordered 4 tubs of this joint repair grout, Ashbrook sent them as 4 separate packages, all the tub lids were sealed with tape and with bubble wrap surounding the tubs, each tub was placed in a box, then the box was surounded with more bubble wrap and placed in another box. All tubs arrived in perfect condition due to the excelent packaging and arrived within the expected timescales, therefore i cannot fault Ashbrook for there service.
Delivery was fast, so no complaints there. But I have to flag how it was shipped: 4 tins arrived with absolutely no packaging — no box, no bag, nothing. They somehow made it in one piece, but it really shouldn't have been left to luck. I'm also surprised the courier accepted them in that state. as a knock in transit could easily have meant leaking tins and a damaged delivery.
Thank you for your feedback. We have been using this courier to send out liquids for over 10 years and we use a specific liquid service. We do not box them because the couriers have requested that we do not box them as this can mask the contents and by sending them in sturdy tins it forces them to handle them knowing they are liquids, the fact this works is reflected that you received them in such good condition.
We appreciate your order and hope you enjoy the product.
Easy to use website and the was communication very good. Super fast delivery and the product as described.
My item arrived quickly - the next day after ordering. Product as described and no problems at all which is always good.
I have applied this product to my roof valley
Hopefully it will flex with the weather unlike cement
I found it very easy to apply but you definitely need to wear gloves as the product is very very sticky/greasy
Thanks to ashbrook fir being very efficient with the supply of this product
Even though I am in my late 70s I have found it easy to use and I am happy with the results
My first time using ashbrook, and I can safely say I will be using ashbrook again , I phoned prior to ordering with a query , this was sorted rapidly, ordering was easy , delivery was speedy , all round good service
