Sadly the order arrived with three of the strips broken. Why five stars? They were very helpful and apologetic. We could get away with the remaining strips but they refunded us for the three broken ones very promptly. Had we needed the three replacing they certainly would have done so. Will use again without hesitation. Many thanks for great service.

6 x 8m rolls of this felt to cover a new diy workshop. Wanted good quality and it certainly has the weight and feel that it will last. Efficient delivery. Supplied with 13mm clout nails which I didn't need as have used 19mm on my t&g roof.
Wasn't able to pay by PayPal due to an issue with the website, otherwise all good: item as described and quickly despatched. Would happily buy from again (especially if they get that PayPal issue sorted).

I called the company to enquire about the required length of felt needed for my shed. The person answering the phone was extremely helpful and patient with me for my questions. Arrived promptly and looks substantial and yet still able to fold around shed roof edge. Many thanks
I thought it was pretty quick delivery I haven't done a flat roof now for maybe 25 years I'm old school and use a boiler to melt the bitumen blocks i prefer this way to torch on etc it felt a bit rubbery but done the job is this certain bitumen not designed for putting it in the boiler to melt ? I thought bitumen was bitumen but like I said it's been a while since I've done a flat roof

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the results of the product. Depending on the colour chosen we have had nothing but positive feedback for the Flexim Roof Putty. The look and colour are very much a personal preference and possibly the look of traditional mortar would be more suitable for your project.
Only needed 2 to replace some broken ridge tiles but all my local builders merchants would only sell a 6 m dry ridge kit
