Very easy to use for the DIY person. I repaired a full roof verge in half a day and it even matches the colour of the tiles. Previous mortar failed after 20 years, just hope this putty lats as long.

Hi Nick, we're sorry to hear about your experience. The instructions do advise to test a small amount before using the product on larger areas, this is due to making sure you have the correct product for the job and if either the G3 or G1 Lead restorers were the best items for the job. Please also note that Lead Sheet cleaner should have been used before and after the job, if it is left on it will continue to work and could damage the lead.
Just used resiblock given my driveway a second coat all looks fine time will tell if ites as good as it says on the tin

Received the package promptly however the box was ‘battered’. The lead cleaner itself was leaking slightly into the plastic bag.
I’m yet to use the items therefore I can’t comment on the products themselves. I’ll update the review in due course.
Thank you for your order. We apologise that the box was not handled very well but this is why we pack the items very well and also put them in their own bags with tape around the lids. Please also see the listing where it mentions in the notes that the small leak is something the manufacturers are aware of and they add more of the product to the bottles than needed so if it is weighed you will have more than enough. Please see the level of liquid expected on the listing images.

My roofing felt adhesive and clout nails arrived on time felt is much better quality than the felt it was replacing just finished applying it to my shed roof and it looks great

Had a dry ridge fitted and hated it. Finally did something about and bought a box of Flexim roofing putty in dark brown to match the roof tiles. Went on a treat. Job done in about 4 hours. Photos show before and after.

Bought a box (10 sticks) of Flexim dark brown roofing putty and this putty knife. Was tricky to start- how much to use where etc. Got better as the ridge progressed. Made all the more easy with this putty knife. Right shape and size to get in to the corners and smooth out the material. In the end a few hours work and job well done. Posted before and after photos of ridge. Used 5 1/2 sticks so plenty left for later if required
Very impressed with the product. It has given the paving slabs a wet look and has sealed the pointing. Has a very strong smell when applying.
The pictures show a section that has been treated and the lighter part that has not.
I was surprised by how lightweight it was considering its heavy duty.however it was easy to work with..Time will tell

Found it so much easier to use than traditional mortar.
Also good for repairing damaged tiles.
We have been using flexim putty for a while now. It is great for profile tiles , re-pointing and when working with dry ridge systems at hip iron and mitre junctions. Ashbrook service is second to none ,from ordering to delivery within 2-3 days.
I placed my order forgetting the fast track delivery which I wanted. Phoned and it was easily changed.
