Unfortunately felt is damaged on both ends due to there being no packaging or protection on the ends of the roll. Hopefully I will have enough undamaged felt to cover my shed roof.
i ordered 4 tubs of this joint repair grout, Ashbrook sent them as 4 separate packages, all the tub lids were sealed with tape and with bubble wrap surounding the tubs, each tub was placed in a box, then the box was surounded with more bubble wrap and placed in another box. All tubs arrived in perfect condition due to the excelent packaging and arrived within the expected timescales, therefore i cannot fault Ashbrook for there service.
Delivery was fast, so no complaints there. But I have to flag how it was shipped: 4 tins arrived with absolutely no packaging — no box, no bag, nothing. They somehow made it in one piece, but it really shouldn't have been left to luck. I'm also surprised the courier accepted them in that state. as a knock in transit could easily have meant leaking tins and a damaged delivery.
Thank you for your feedback. We have been using this courier to send out liquids for over 10 years and we use a specific liquid service. We do not box them because the couriers have requested that we do not box them as this can mask the contents and by sending them in sturdy tins it forces them to handle them knowing they are liquids, the fact this works is reflected that you received them in such good condition.

I found it very easy to apply but you definitely need to wear gloves as the product is very very sticky/greasy

My first time using ashbrook, and I can safely say I will be using ashbrook again , I phoned prior to ordering with a query , this was sorted rapidly, ordering was easy , delivery was speedy , all round good service
The roof felt had no flaws and was very easy to apply. The colour is slightly more blue/grey than green, but I am very happy with the overall finish. I ordered this with the nails + tin of adhesive. Even though they were in separate delivery packages everything arrived at the same time the next day.

I re-roofed my two sheds using Rose Roofing Heavy Duty Polyester Reinforced Shed Felt using 10m and 8m rolls together with the nails and tins of felt adhesive. One tin of adhesive is enough for both 6x4 and 8x6 sheds. It was very sticky and I managed to get it everywhere even using a small cheap roller and tray set with rubber gloves. The felt is of great quality with no cracking when handled and easily rolled up. Ashbrook as a company are highly recommended by me for high quality products, great prices, amazing communication and prompt tracked delivery. Faultless.

Hi Nick, we're sorry to hear about your experience. The instructions do advise to test a small amount before using the product on larger areas, this is due to making sure you have the correct product for the job and if either the G3 or G1 Lead restorers were the best items for the job. Please also note that Lead Sheet cleaner should have been used before and after the job, if it is left on it will continue to work and could damage the lead.
Just used resiblock given my driveway a second coat all looks fine time will tell if ites as good as it says on the tin
