I liked the layout of the website which gave me confidence in ordering the type of roofing felt I needed for my summerhouse. Although over 200 miles away it was still cheaper to order from Ashbrook than my local supplier. But more important than price was the quality of the materials. I ordered two 10 metre rolls, adhesive and clouts. They arrived in a couple of days. This is how a company should be run. Thanks you guys.

Sadly the order arrived with three of the strips broken. Why five stars? They were very helpful and apologetic. We could get away with the remaining strips but they refunded us for the three broken ones very promptly. Had we needed the three replacing they certainly would have done so. 6 x 8m rolls of this felt to cover a new diy workshop. Wanted good quality and it certainly has the weight and feel that it will last. Efficient delivery. Supplied with 13mm clout nails which I didn't need as have used 19mm on my t&g roof.
Wasn't able to pay by PayPal due to an issue with the website, otherwise all good: item as described and quickly despatched. Would happily buy from again (especially if they get that PayPal issue sorted).
