Leadax Lead Free Flashing

Leadax is an industry first for Lead Alternative products. It is the first lead substitute that can be worked as a traditional lead.

Leadax is as malleable as lead flashing and can be worked in the same way as lead from chimneys to valleys, as it is the equivalent of Code 5 lead. It has a 30-year life expectancy, and it is a nontoxic and sustainable product. Leadax is created from recycled material and the product is 100% recyclable.

Available in roll lengths of 6m and 3m, it is a lightweight product at just 3.85kg/m² it can be applied in even extreme weather conditions, and unlike traditional lead flashing there is no risk of patina forming leaving zero staining on slates or roof tiles.

This product has zero scrap value deterring theft and Leadax is certified by BBA and KIWA.

Like traditional lead, this can be applied using fixing clips and lead sealant. These options are available to purchase on our website.
