This tough, no-nonsense, high-density plastic Silverline Lead Setting in Stick or lead beater will give you years of good service. They are usually used to reinforce or sharpen folds or angles in lead sheets prior to bossing. 

Designed for both left and right-handed users, its raised handle reduces the risk of catching knuckles whilst using. Contours on the handle, reduce the risk of tool slippage.

This long-life setting in stick will not rot, crack or warp, even if left out in inclement weather. Silverline Tools Lead Dressing Setting-In Stick 340mm x 30mm Setting-in sticks generally have a wedge shaped face.  This specialised tool can also be used to set lead in to corners or as a final tool to set in clean lines when the lead is in its final position.
