These pre-formed plastic slate soakers are an easy-to-use alternative to using lead.

They are easy to install against just about any roof abutment, creating a watertight joint between the buildings.

These slate soakers for pitched roofing are manufactured using polypropylene, which is a thermally stable and UV resistant product, which is cheaper than using traditional lead flashing.

The plastic soakers have no resale value deterring theft.

This model of this soaker is 85 x 100 x 300mm in dimensions and suitable for use on slated pitched roofs.

Works with roofs that have 20 x 10 and 22 x 24 and are easy to install in any weather, by simply nailing them into the rafters with no need to use sealant.

They are to be installed on a minimum pitch of 30 ° and a minimum head lap of 95mm.
