Manthorpe 3 in 1 Roof Eaves Ventilator Tray -  G1296

The 3 in 1 Ventilator combines the Underlay Support Tray with an Over Fascia Vent and an Eaves Comb Filler. Providing an unobtrusive continuous 10,000mm²/M free area ventilation to the underside of the tray between a 4mm insect prevention grille and into the roof space.

In an easy to calculate 1m practical length, each adjoining tray slots easily into the previous fixed tray, ensuring a fully supported overlap. A thickened and angled front nose section aids water run-off into the gutter and provides a robust geometry for supporting tiles.

There are clear and stable fixing points into the fascia board, along with additional fixing locations to the top of the tray for securely attaching to the rafters. Increased flexibility through a live hinge, thinned rear tray and extended width means the ventilator can be used down to 15° and up to 70° roof pitches for versatility.

For use with refurbishment projects as well as fast installation on new builds, this can be combined with eaves ventilation panels to provide a complete eaves ventilation system.

Independently Tested to BS 8612

Following the increased use of dry fix systems courtesy of these updates to BS 5534, a brand-new standard BS 8612 was introduced in February of 2018 to better control the design and material construction of dry fix systems. Manthorpe’s range of dry fix products have been independently tested to conform with the requirements of BS 8612, performance data for the tests conducted on these products is available upon request.

By far the simplest, quickest, and most cost-effective way of complying with the new standard is to join the switch to dry fix methods of roofing. Manthorpe's dry fix systems provide a high performance, easy to fix and maintenance free solution which can not only speed up the job on site, but also offer long term financial benefits.

The Bat Ridge Roost provides a habitable roost space for small crevice-dwelling bat species found in the UK.

Designed in association with the Bat Conservation Trust as part of their Roost Partnership scheme the product is a self-contained, externally mounted unit which offers no means of access for the bats to enter the roof space or the property. The Bat Ridge Roost also acts as a ridge end cap and is optimised to work in conjunction with the Manthorpe SmartVerge Polypropylene handed and ambidextrous dry verge systems (alternatively, could also be used with third party dry verge, traditional verge tiles or mortared in verge details).
