Manthorpe Universal Dry Fix Ridge Roll: 6m (Roll Only)

Tailored for duo-pitch roofs with a slope ranging from 15° to 45°, this Manthorpe GDRR-CL Roll-Out Clay Ridge is a mechanically secured roofing solution. It firmly attaches ridge tiles to your roof and delivers 5,000mm²/m of ventilation to the batten void or roof space via the vent roll, equivalent to maintaining a continuous 5mm gap.

Unlike traditional mortar-fixing methods, the GDRR offers a swift, hassle-free and tidy installation process without the need for specialist tools. Its mortar-free design allows for comprehensive installations even in frosty or harsh weather conditions.

Independently Tested to BS 8612

Following the increased use of dry fix systems courtesy of these updates to BS 5534, a brand-new standard BS 8612 was introduced in February of 2018 to better control the design and material construction of dry fix systems. Manthorpe’s range of dry fix products have been independently tested to conform with the requirements of BS 8612, performance data for the tests conducted on these products is available upon request.

By far the simplest, quickest, and most cost-effective way of complying with the new standard is to join the switch to dry fix methods of roofing. Manthorpe's dry fix systems provide a high performance, easy to fix and maintenance free solution which can not only speed up the job on site, but also offer long term financial benefits.

The Bat Ridge Roost provides a habitable roost space for small crevice-dwelling bat species found in the UK.

Designed in association with the Bat Conservation Trust as part of their Roost Partnership scheme the product is a self-contained, externally mounted unit which offers no means of access for the bats to enter the roof space or the property. The Bat Ridge Roost also acts as a ridge end cap and is optimised to work in conjunction with the Manthorpe SmartVerge Polypropylene handed and ambidextrous dry verge systems (alternatively, could also be used with third party dry verge, traditional verge tiles or mortared in verge details).
