A self adhesive flashing tape that can be used as an alternative to lead flashing.
It is a cold applied self adhesive tape that is suitable for use on a number of surfaces
EASY TO USE
Ideal for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals. Ensure surfaces are dry, and free from frost, grease, and silicone. Cut the tape to the required length, overlap by at least 25mm, and press into place. You can even paint over it with exterior-grade paints for a seamless look.
STRONG ADHESION
Our tape has a very sticky backing that bonds securely to materials like brick, concrete, wood, roof tiles, slate, roofing felt, glass, and rigid plastics. Just remove the backing paper, press it into place, and use a wallpaper roller or your hand to ensure even contact.
VERSATILE APPLICATIONS
Perfect for a variety of tasks, such as repairing roof ridges, gutters, insulation materials, lead flashing, and fixing leaks. Store it in a cool, dry place and avoid applying it to surfaces below 5°C.
DURABLE
This tape provides a long-lasting, waterproof seal that can withstand heavy rain and high winds. Please note it is not compatible with silicone sealants.

APPLICATION
Supplied in rolls for fast and clean application and conforms readily to awkward contours, providing excellent weather protection. It can be used for all flashing and roofing applications and general water sealing repairs on masonry, asbestos, timber, metal or glass. No special skills or tools are required.
To install, simply cut the Flashband to the required length, remove the backing paper and lightly press into place. Use a wallpaper roller or similar to ensure good even contact is made with the substrate and the surface.
*Please note that this product may need to be warmed before use in colder weather to increase adhesion - this is perfectly normal.
