Everbuild's Roof & Gutter seal is the best in the market for roof & gutter sealants. It is a butyl-based dual-purpose product, with both sealant and adhesive properties.
This roof & gutter sealant provides instant and permanent waterproofing to roofing applications and can adhere to a wide range of substrates including bitumen, asphalt, felt, metals, and wood.
It is an ideal product to fill and cracks and gaps in roofing applications including bedding tiles, slates, and flashing into positions, as well as joint sealing gutters, downpipes, cement boards, and iron sheeting.
This is the perfect product for any roofing felt overlaps or for sticking down the tabs on felt shingles even in the rain.
