- Click and Collect: Orders will be ready for collection in 1 hour after ordering (when we are open) and 1 hour within us opening at 7:30am.
- Drop Ship: 3-7 Working Days (Supplier dependant)

Things To Note About Our Express Service
Express Next Day Delivery is only available until 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day and any orders placed after 2pm on Thursday will be delivered the following week.
Express Next Day Delivery Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched from our depot on the following Monday and will be delivered to you on the Next working day.
Delivery Arrangements
We’ll always try our hardest to get your goods to you at the first attempt.
Prior to shipment we will let you know of our estimated date of delivery. Don’t worry if you have made other plans or find this inconvenient. If you can let us know, we’ll work with you to find a better alternative.
Inspection of goods and signature requirements
Your order will need to be checked at the point of delivery and any damages/missing items should be reported to the driver and recorded when signing for your order.
Any damages/missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery being received.
Standard Delivery & Express Delivery
Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery is 2-3 working days, while we always aim to have your orders to you as quickly as possible and in some occasions your order may be delivered the next day, we cannot promise that this will always be the case.
Express Delivery
Our Express Delivery service is designed to get your orders to you the next WORKING day. Unfortunately, we can only offer this service for orders placed prior to 2pm due to the collection times of the couriers where we can offer a next day service.
If your order is placed before 2pm Monday - Friday, we will dispatch your order on the very same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Any orders placed over Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday with the aim of delivery taking place on the Tuesday.
Please note: If an order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday it will be delivered the following week.
Pallet Delivery or Single Items Weighing Over 30kg
We work with nationwide couriers (The Pallet Network) so that we can offer kerbside delivery of pallets. If your order weighs over 140kg it will (in most occasions) be delivered to you via a 7.5 tonne tail lift lorry and it will be delivered to the nearest roadside to your property.
Single items weighing over 30kg (Supaflex Torch on Felt) will have to be delivered via a pallet due to our couriers restrictions with weight through their network. Items like Slate, Tiles & Ridge Tiles are also delivered on a pallet due to their fragile nature.
In some occasions your order will be allowed to be left on your driveway as long as your driveway is not gravel. Ultimately, the drop location of your pallet is up to the discretion of the driver at the time of delivery.
We will get in contact with you to inform you of when your pallet is expected to be delivered to you via email and we always request that the delivery drivers contact you 30 minutes prior to delivery so that you do have a rough timescale of when your order will arrive.
Please let us know if there is any access issues to your property, for example:
- Narrow Roads
- Restricted Weight Limits
- Weak Bridges
- Low Bridges
We need this information so that we can work with our couriers to ensure that your delivery is as safe as it can possible be.
As we work with external couriers we cannot take back pallets or wrapping.
Delivery Straight from Supplier (Dropship)
When an order is placed to be delivered directly from our suppliers, this will be clear during the checkout process or on the product page. These orders come into us and we pass them on to our suppliers that deal with the packaging and delivery of your order.
Our suppliers use their own external couriers for the delivery of your order, sometimes these couriers may wish to contact you with an ETA for delivery and we ask that you ensure that you details are up to day.
Unfortunately, We have no say on the lead times of our suppliers and they may change from day to day. We do our upmost to stay up to date with these changes but in the case that there is an extended lead time directly from the supplier, we will only issue a refund in the event of a cancellation of the order or the difference from an express service to a standard service.

Click and Collect
We are glad to offer a free collection service from our depot in Derbyshire (DE4 2LF).
Once you have placed your order through our website, our team will ensure that we have enough stock available. Once we have confirmed our stock quantity is correct and that we can fulfill your order in its full, our team will pick your order.
Once your order has been picked we will email you and state that your order is ready for collection. We will provide a reference number for you to provide to the team on our trade counter.
Please remember that most roofing materials are of a large, heavy or fragile nature. space and are able to transport goods safety. (e.g a standard Hatchback will not manage 500 slates)
