This high-performance polyurethane-based waterproofing membrane provides long-lasting protection for both flat and pitched roofs. Designed to adhere to virtually any roofing substrate including concrete, metal, brick, wood, and asphalt. It creates a seamless, flexible, and weather-resistant barrier that cures quickly and performs in all conditions.

With its advanced moisture-curing technology, this liquid coating becomes rainproof in just 10 minutes, even during unpredictable weather. No catalyst is required, and the product will even cure if a pool of water forms on top of it and ensures professional-grade coverage and consistent performance across large-scale roofing, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.

Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or loose debris.
2. Stir Thoroughly: Mix well before application to achieve an even consistency.
3. Application: Apply evenly using a brush, roller, or airless spray.
4. Coating System: Apply two coats for maximum performance, allowing each to dry between applications.
5. Curing: Touch dry in 6–8 hours; fully cured within 24–48 hours depending on conditions.
6. Precaution: Do not allow the product to puddle. For bituminous surfaces, full reinforcement is required.
   

Please note tins will be delivered with tape applied to prevent spillages in transit, small dents and scratches on the tins and packaging are common when items are sent through couriers but this will have no impact on the quality of the contents.
