Everbuild Aquaseal Liquid Roof is an all-weather roofing solution for flat roofs.

Aquaseal Liquid Roof is a polyurethane-based cold-applied waterproof membrane, when two coats are applied, creates a waterproof and seamless membrane.

The fast-curing membrane remains flexible, making Aquaseal an ideal roof product for both refurbishment work and new roofs.

It can be easily applied by either brush or roller and is rain resistant with 10 minutes of applying.

It can be used on several different substrates including, concrete, mortar, stone, fibre cement, roof tiles and metal, whilst remaining vapour permeable. It is also suitable for use in repairing flat and pitched roofs.

This product requires 2 coats at 1mm thick, and the use of the Sikalastic Fleece-120 is recommended when applying to substrates such as wood, asphalt, roofing felt and bituminous coatings.

Usage Instructions

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris.
2. Stir the product thoroughly before use.
3. Apply evenly using a brush, roller, or airless spray.
4. Allow sufficient curing time as per the product guidelines before exposing to heavy rain or traffic.

Product Specifications

• Size: 7kg Tin.
• Coverage: Approximately 1-2m² per litre, depending on surface porosity and application thickness.
• Curing Time: Typically touch dry within 6-8 hours; fully cured in 24-48 hours, depending on conditions.
