Manthorpe Flash Vent: 3m (G1105)

Manthorpe Flash Vent: 3m (G1105) is a roll-out flexible sheet system that provides a weather-tight solution to the need for continuous airflow at roof abutment details.

This product has been individually wind tested and can be used over profiled tiles, non-profiled tiles, and slates. The many individual nodules on either side of the roll work as an integral fly screen and maximises support of the lead. Two rolls can be joined together to fit any length of lap between the lead and the tiles, this is done by simply aligning the connection pins and then pressing together. The copper clips provided should be used to secure the flash vent and lead flashing to the roof covering.

The Flash Vent is supplied in a convenient dispensing box from which the required length of product can be rolled out onto the roof. All abutment flashings require the lead to be dressed a minimum of 150mm down the tiles. This value increasing for pitches below 30 degrees.
