Use Permavent Easy Soaker as an alternative to the traditional lead flashings used to weatherproof abutments. The main advantages of Easy Soaker over lead are the reduced costs along with ease and speed of fitting.

Permavent’s Easy Soaker is a dry-fix system which is manufactured from top grade, high impact plastic. Along with many of the other roofing materials in Permavent’s ‘Easy’ range, Easy Soaker features flexible ‘Super Seals’ that prevent water ingress.

Fixing is incredibly quick and easy. Follow the manufacturer’s fitting instructions to produce a watertight junction on a roof pitch as low as 12 degrees. No mortar is needed to complete the job. No special leadworking skills or tools are required either, the strips can be cut and adjusted with a saw and craft-knife.
