Timloc Rafter Roll, Black: 6m

The Timloc Eaves Vent Roll Out Rafter Tray is a roll-out system to maintain ventilation between insulation and roofing felt, it is crafted from vacuum forming in UPVC, delivering a product that is durable, easy to fit and naturally resistant to decay.

Perfect for new build and refurbishment projects
Supplied in convenient 6m rolls
Suitable for standard pitched roofs where the pitch is 15° or more, and the roof void is an attic or loft space
Suited for roofs with rafter spacing between 400mm and 600mm centres

Installation

Unroll the ventilator along the rafters, and this should be along the entire length of the eaves on both sides of the building, creating a cross-flow ventilation action.

Position centrally above the wall plates because it's the narrowest part of the roof and is most likely to constrict the airflow of the roof insulation.

Push the corrugations down over the top of the rafters and secure them using clout nails or staples.
