Lead Sheet Cleaner

Use this Premium Lead Sheet Cleaner to clean accumulated dirt and grime from sheet lead roofing and flashing. This liquid cleaner will shift bird muck, and other natural stains, along with airborne dirt and pollution. This product is perfect for freshening the appearance of weathered lead or preparing the surface for major restoration.

Premium Lead Sheet Cleaner is easy to apply simply use a cloth or a nylon scourer to work the liquid into the surface grime. After a thorough clean, the lead must be washed down and dried. If you are just giving the lead a general clean, a patination oil can be applied after cleaning to slow down the formation of leads natural, powdery-white patination.

G3 Lead Restorer

Premium Formula G3 for restoring lead aged more than 50 years. Standard coverage is approximately 1m ² per litre.

Lead Sheet Restorer is a gel compound that eliminates white deposit damage on lead sheeting. After use of Lead Sheet Restorer your lead will look fresh and renewed. G3 class Lead Sheet Restorer is intended for use on lead that is over 50 years old in terms of age.

Patination Oil

Everbuild Lead Mate Patination Oil has been specially formulated to provide a protective coating for newly installed Leadwork that helps to prevent the white carbonate staining that affects new lead and surrounding tiles, brickwork, stonework etc.

Just one coat of Patination Oil also helps to provide a uniform, attractive appearance to newly installed lead and helps the ageing process whilst the natural patina of the lead is being formed. It is particularly important to treat areas of newly installed lead that are subject to water flowing over the surface onto surrounding areas as staining of tile and brick will be more severe in such circumstances.

Buyer Notes

Please note there may be a chemical smell in the box or/and a small leak, but the manufacturers are aware of this and have added extra product to the bottle and we have added tape to try and minimise this. The level of product in the bottle should be similar to the listing image. Please weigh it and you will see the product should still have 1kg or more in the bottle.
